Riverbanks Botanical Garden, Magnolia Room
The outdoors comes in when you experience Riverbanks’ Magnolia Room. French doors open up to spectacular views of Riverbanks’ formal walled garden complete with cascading fountains and terraced paths where guests can wander and roam. The room is a ballroom-style meeting space with high ceilings and weathered stone flooring – the perfect setting for large meetings, wedding receptions and elegant parties.
Maximum capacity: 250 theatre-style meeting; 150 for seated meal; 300+ for reception. Located in Riverbanks Botanical Garden’s Visitors Center.

Riverbanks Zoo, Ndoki Lodge
Deep in the heart of Ndoki forest with an awe-inspiring view of the elephants, this large lodge lit with bonfires and torches in the evening is an impressive experience for guests. Large windows overlook animals as well as rich foliage and architectural details like a thatched roof and enormous wooden ceiling beams make the building as impressive as the unique animals surrounding it. Envision your next large meeting or exotic wedding in the heart of the forest.
Capacity: 250 for seated meal; 500+ for reception.

Riverbanks Zoo, Safari Camp
Your group will feel like they’re on an African Safari accompanied by ostriches, zebras and giraffes when you hold your next event in the thick of things. The 60’ X 120’ open-air facility includes picnic tables with seating for 400 – perfect for company picnics, family reunions and other fun weekend events. Available Sat. and Sun. only.

Riverbanks Zoo, Aquarium Reptile Complex (ARC)
There’s no need to go dizzy decorating when your guests will already be dazzled by the thousands of brilliantly colored tropical fish in Riverbanks’ indoor aquarium. Riverbanks ARC offers five distinct galleries representing different regions of the world, each adding their own special flare to your event.
Capacity: 200 for seated meal; 300+ for reception.

Riverbanks Zoo, Bird House
Penguins your guests’ passion? Listen to the sounds of gentle waves lapping tha Antarctic coast juxtaposed with the mating calls of exotic birds from the South American tropics and Asia. The sky’s the limit with this intimate facility.
Capacity: 60 for seated meal; 200+ for reception.

Riverbanks Zoo, Entire Facility
Got an event of Zoo-normous proportions? Consider giving your guests a one-of-a-kind experience – a private night at the Zoo lit with twinkling lights and flaming torches. Work with our professional staff to develop food stations and entertainment experiences scattered throughout the park. Most zoo animals stay out on exhibit until sundown.
